Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping
method.

Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.


Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your
tracking number.

Tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours.


Shipping Delays
MONI-LUXE is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Shipping carriers
• Customs processing
• Weather conditions
• Incorrect shipping addresses

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. Once an order has
shipped, we may not be able to make changes.


Lost or Stolen Packages
MONI-LUXE is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping
carrier directly for assistance.


International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
required by their country.
