MONI-LUXE Refund & Return Policy
Our Commitment
At MONI-LUXE, every piece is selected with intention and designed to empower confidence.
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns under the conditions below.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• With all original tags attached
• Returned in original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items showing signs of wear including perfume, deodorant, makeup, washing, stains, or damage will not be accepted.
MONI-LUXE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Intimates or bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked Final Sale
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as MONI-LUXE is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges if inventory is available.
If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose a refund or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After processing begins, cancellations may not be possible.
Return Abuse Protection
MONI-LUXE reserves the right to refuse returns from customers who show a pattern of excessive returns or refund abuse.
Chargebacks
Customers must contact MONI-LUXE support before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions and denial of future
purchases.
